Return , Refund and Cancellation Policy

At My cloth collection customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Return Period:
   
   • You may request a refund within  7 days of receiving your order.

1. Condition of Items:
   
   • To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
     • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
     • In the original packaging with tags still attached.

            Return Shipping: 

                       You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). 

            Refund Process 

                  Inspection: 

                       Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. 

             Refund Issuance: 

• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

            Notification: 

                  You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. 

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

   • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

    

             Refund Process:

• If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed within  5-7 business days to the original payment method.

             Please  note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
